Beat the rush
Come before 10 AM or after 2 PM on weekdays for the shortest lines.
Step-by-step guide
Getting and using a token takes less than a minute. Here are the five steps every customer follows.
At the self-service kiosk near the entrance, pick the service you need — cash, accounts, loans, and more.
The kiosk prints a token with a unique number, like C-014. Remember your number — it's your place in line.
Find a seat in the waiting area. The big screen and announcements show which token number is being served at each counter.
When your number appears, head to the counter shown on the display. Please be quick — if you miss your turn, ask the service desk to re-queue you.
The officer marks your token as served and helps you finish your banking in minutes.
Example
This is a sample slip, like the one the kiosk prints for you. A real slip shows the same details.
Service: Cash Deposit / Withdrawal
Counter: 1
Issued: 10:32 AM
Status: Waiting
Watch the display — when C-014 appears, go to Counter 1.
